These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Drum Tuner mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by McPherson Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Easy Drum Tuner is a simple drum tuning application that helps you tune your drums using your device's microphone. The App analyzes audio frequencies to assist with drum tuning and provides visual feedback to help you achieve the desired pitch.

You are responsible for using the App appropriately and ensuring your device's microphone has proper permissions. We are not responsible for any tuning results or damage to your drums or equipment.

2. No Cloud Storage or External Transmission

At this time, the App does not upload, store, or transmit your audio recordings or personal data to any external server. All audio processing occurs locally on your device.

If future features introduce cloud sync, account systems, or analytics, this document will be updated and users will be notified within the App.

3. In-App Purchase

The App includes a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks full access after a limited 3-day usage period. This is not a subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment information.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Use the App in a way that harms device functionality or violates iOS guidelines

You are solely responsible for the care and maintenance of your drums and equipment.

6. No Warranty (App Provided "As Is")

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that audio analysis will be perfectly accurate, or that the App will work identically across future iOS versions or device models.

You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McPherson Enterprises, LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage to drums, equipment, or property
  • Device damage
  • Inaccurate tuning results
  • Lost revenue or business interruption
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the App.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. When changes are significant, we will notify users within the App or through an update notice.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
